I was surprised when I started looking at deal of the day sites I really did not have a clue what I expected to come across. I was just searching around seeing what I could find deals I could find. I was kinda surprised to discover that you really can find almost anything on a deal of the day website.

I like electronics, and baubles, so deal a day shopping suites me quite well.

One of the first really good finds I made was a diet manager and calorie counter. It lets me keep track of my calories, and grams of carbs and fat. It really helps me keep on track with my low carbs, high fat diet plan. A really useful find, and I picked it up at more than 30% off! It's a big help if you are the type of person, (like me) that really hates having to count calories and grams.

I was really having trouble with my low carbs, high fat diet plan, because it can be hard to remember to keep track all the time. You can't just get rid of carbs all together after all, you need to make certain you're getting enough of all the nutriants you need, while making certain you stay on track. So this handy little gadget helps me big time. I just make sure I stick to the light menu whenever I'm out, and try to restrict myself to restraunts that give you the dietary information on the menu.



Another useful gadget I found was a heart rate monitor at a good discount. It helps a lot with my work out plan. I had tried a few of lower cost monitors, but they always broke on me too soon to really be worth their price. So I kept a careful eye out and managed to buy a much higher quality monitor, for just over $25, which was a very good deal.

So I just go to the gym and start getting into my working out. Every 10 minutes or so I check my monitor, to see where I'm at, then either work harder, or lower my pace depending on my regime that day. I usually do a lot of cardiovascular, it helps me a lot to keep track of what I'm doing.

I have found a bunch of really good deals just scanning around looking to see what's out there. That's the best thing about deal of the day website, you can't be sure what they might have, and it's a new deal every day. Plus they generally have stuff at better deals than other sites.
